The problem
A large DayZ economy is spread across ordered XML files, market categories and trader machine definitions. Editing those files by hand makes it easy to lose track of overrides, duplicate an item or push a broken reference.
Hoard Market gives the team one shared place to organise items, inspect the source economy and prepare changes before they reach the server.
what we built
A safer economy workflow
Multiple admins, one economy
A browser editor lets multiple admins rebuild the trader economy together, with live updates and a shared change log.
Ordered types.xml truth
The item index follows the server economy file order, so later custom types files override earlier values exactly as the server expects.
Review before export
Editors can queue world-spawn and crafted changes without touching live files. Owners export the reviewed lists when they are ready to apply them.
Checks before a push
Duplicate listings, invalid classes, broken variants, prices and trader references are surfaced before an export is made.
Built around the live server
The editor reads the mounted server economy and mission data, while keeping its working market and exports separate from the read-only source files.
Useful item context
Admins can see world-spawn status, crafted flags, colour variants and source types.xml files while sorting the catalogue into trader categories.
Changes stay deliberate
Editors can mark an item for a world-spawn change or flag it for the crafted list. Those requests are shared and reversible, but they do not rewrite the live economy. An owner exports the reviewed list for the final server-side change.
